Rules and guidelines for using the Pasha internet intelligence service.
By accessing or using the Pasha internet intelligence platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Service.

Pasha presents indexed technical observations about publicly reachable web assets. The public search interface is designed for defensive research and review; it does not provide an active exploitation or penetration-testing capability.
Important: An indexed observation may be incomplete, historical or a false positive. Verify authorization and current state before taking action.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account through the account-security option in our Request Form.
By creating an account, you acknowledge the processing described in our Privacy Policy. This acknowledgement is separate from consent for optional processing.
You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization. The Service is not directed to children who cannot lawfully create an account on their own.
API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as defined by your subscription plan. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access. Any billing or refund consequence is governed by the applicable written order, mandatory law and the circumstances of the violation.
A newly registered account receives one no-cost seven-day promotional-access period, with up to 100 domain searches per day and 3,000 per calendar month. It does not include Public API access and expires automatically after seven days unless another plan is activated.
The advertised Pro price is $24 USD per month. Selecting “Request Pro access” does not create a charge or activate a subscription. Before paid activation, we provide written confirmation of the price, billing interval, applicable taxes, service start, renewal, cancellation and refund terms. An Enterprise order is governed by its written scope.
Daily quotas reset on a UTC-day basis and monthly quotas reset at the start of the next UTC calendar month; unused quota does not carry over. You may request cancellation through the Request Form. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.
Our Privacy Policy describes processing under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where its territorial scope applies, the EU GDPR. By using our Service, you acknowledge that:
The service software, brand and original interface content are owned by or licensed to Pasha. Rights in third-party data, names and marks remain with their respective owners.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data provided through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pasha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users or third parties; respond to suspected misuse; enforce these Terms; or comply with law. Where practicable and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue before permanent termination. Upon termination, you may request information about your data through our Legal Request Form, subject to legal retention requirements under Turkish law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer-protection rule, disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye.
Nothing in this section removes mandatory data-protection, consumer, withdrawal or jurisdiction rights that apply in the user's place of residence.
Material changes are published with a new version and effective date. Where renewed acceptance is required, account access will present the updated terms before continued use.
If you do not agree with an updated version, you must stop using the Service and may submit a request concerning your account data.
